1. Brokerage Service
We offer stock brokerage solutions that encompass the purchase and sale of stocks on behalf
of our clientele, specifically focusing on stocks listed on the NEPSE. In our capacity as a
stockbroker, we extend the subsequent services to all our investors:
- Provision of a dedicated stock trading platform for common and promoter shares.
- Cash and/or margin account as per investor’s need.
- Regular and timely settlement.
- Regular notifications regarding investor transactions, sent through SMS and/or email.
- A dedicated team of skilled professionals to promptly address any issues that may emerge during the utilization of our TMS service.
2. Pricing in Securities Trading
Clint have to pay commission for broker service in securities trading service (buying &
selling of securities. Order execution service is charged as per the Securities Businessperson
(stock broker and stock dealer) Regulation 2064.
i. Commission for securities trading:

ii. Other charges and cost include:
- Depository Participant (DP) fee set at Rs. 25 per company transaction.
- Capital gain tax rates: 5% for long-term and 7.5% for short-term gains applicable to resident individual investors and 10% for resident institutions calculated on profit gained.
- Trades executed by mutual funds are exempted from capital gain tax.

4. Activities to be performed by Individual/Institutional Clients
Institutional clients shall assist in completing required documents for transaction of
securities within T+2 working days.
Clients shall pay its buying bill amount within T+2 working days.
